Abstract

IgG4-related disease (IgG4-RD) is a multisystem fibro-inflammatory condition mostly prevalent in older males. The cornerstone for the treatment of IgG4 related disease is Corticosteroids.It rarely affects immunosuppressive population such as solid organ transplantation. Here we present to you a case of a young lady with a history of renal transplantation evaluated for symptoms of abdominal pain and weight loss and was diagnosed as a case of IgG4 related liver disease on the basis of liver lesion biopsy.
